After completing his studies in administration, Charles joined the family business, which is dedicated to inspection and expertise in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

In 2011, he joined a national firm specializing in claims adjustment expertise and became part of DBA in 2016.<\/p>\n

Since October 2022, Charles has taken on the presidency of the firm, overseeing its growth and the development of its potential by implementing innovative solutions for clients. Notably, she manages national accounts and handles claims affecting various types of businesses, including those in the fields of technology and IT products, media, as well as claims related to the Directors and Officers liability. From 2000 until joining our firm in 2017, Claude assumed the role of Claims Director for an insurer. He was responsible for managing his team’s performance and join forces with colleagues, particularly in inspection and risk analysis. He was also actively involved in several committees focused on strengthening and enhancing skills in human resources management, as well as optimizing business processes related to claims management.<\/p>\n

Claude has nearly 40 years of experience in claims expertise and management. He is responsible for all matters related to expertise, file review and audits, covering both regular and major losses, while also overseeing the firm’s operations and human resources management.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n \n <\/article>\n<\/div>\n\n

After completing his law studies at Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, where he jointly received an award from the Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec for the highest overall average, Jean-Philippe began his career as a lawyer in a Sherbrooke firm specialized in municipal and commercial law. He joined our team in 2018 as a claims adjuster. He draws on his expertise in legal analysis and investigative techniques in litigation contexts to address the key issues in every file entrusted to him.<\/p>\n

Jean-Philippe also acts as a resource person for our team while personally managing cases with significant legal or factual complexity. Philippe has renowned experience in the environmental sector dating back to 2002. He started his career as a technician and then as a project manager.
