From 2000 until joining our firm in 2017, Claude assumed the role of Claims Director for an insurer. He was responsible for managing his team's performance and join forces with colleagues, particularly in inspection and risk analysis. He was also actively involved in several committees focused on strengthening and enhancing skills in human resources management, as well as optimizing business processes related to claims management.

Claude has nearly 40 years of experience in claims expertise and management. He is responsible for all matters related to expertise, file review and audits, covering both regular and major losses, while also overseeing the firm's operations and human resources management.
